FIELD-APPLIED ARCHITECTURAL COATINGS
Edge Façade’s scientific approach to preservation and restoration carefully removes harmful, dulling,
soil and pollutants. Surfaces are then protected with high-performance architectural coatings that renew the luster and protect the appearance of metal curtain wall systems and building façades.
15 Year Warranty with NeverFade® with Kynar Aquatec® water-borne polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) technology. This ultra-low VOC coatings can be used over multiple substrate types in air-dry field applications, ultimately delivering the same durability and performance (AAMA 2605-20) as traditional solvent-borne Kynar 500® PVDF finishes.
ANODIZED ALUMINUM RESTORATION
Edge Façade restores architectural metal on curtain wall and façades to pristine condition on buildings ranging from 1 to 100 stories. Edge Façade specialists make aged anodized aluminum look new and extends its service life, avoiding more costly options such as replacement.
CURTAIN WALL PUNCHLIST PAINT REPAIRS
Nearly every new construction curtain wall installation requires a little or a lot of punchlist paint/finish repair. Edge Façade can repair AAMA 2603, AAMA 2604, or AAMA 2605 coatings and Anodized Aluminum without affecting manufacturers warranties.
MASONRY CLEANING, SEALING, & PAINTING
Concrete, precast, brick, and stone cleaning and sealing to improve both the aesthetics and performance. High performance painting can upgrade a buildings appearance and can be warrantied for up to 15 years.
